Program

The theme for the 43rd Conference is Nutrients and Beyond: How the Role of Food Compositions Databases in Evolving. During this conference, oral and poster presentations will discuss thematic topics of interest to food and nutrient data generators, researchers, government representatives and others interested by this specialized field. This is our first in-person conference since 2018. We look forward to seeing you all in Ottawa!
